EagleTree Capital Acquires The Opus Group

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by EagleTree Capital on their acquisition of The Opus Group from Growth Catalyst Partners. Opus is a purpose-built network of marketing agency brands serving more than 70 global companies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Maury Slevin, Michael Vogel and Matthew Benedetto, and included tax partner Matthew Jordan.
