Epiphany Dermatology Acquires Arrowhead Dermatology

Paul, Weiss represented leading dermatology company Epiphany Dermatology in its acquisition of Arizona-based Arrowhead Dermatology, Inc. Texas-based Epiphany is a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client CI Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
