General Atlantic Makes Investment in Alkami Technology

Paul, Weiss represented General Atlantic in its strategic investment in Alkami Technology Inc., a leading provider of digital banking solutions to credit unions and banks. General Atlantic joined existing investors S3 Ventures, Argonaut Private Equity and a number of other strategic fintech investors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
