GHK Capital Partners Acquires USA Hometown Experts

Paul, Weiss advised GHK Capital Partners LP in its acquisition of USA Hometown Experts Inc., a Memphis-based residential and commercial services platform offering HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other essential services across the Southeastern United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Christopher Machera and associate Jude Farah, and included partners Thomas de la Bastide and David Hong; tax partner Lindsay Parks; executive compensation partners Linda Barrett and Sally Ye; and antitrust partner Yuni Sobel.
