Interstate Hotels & Resorts Acquires Gateway Hospitality Group Management Platform

Paul, Weiss represented Interstate Hotels & Resorts in its acquisition of the management platform from Gateway Hospitality Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Interstate Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., is a global leader in third-party hotel management.
