Madison Dearborn Partners Leads Strategic Growth Investment in Stephano Slack

Paul, Weiss is advising Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, as lead investor in a strategic growth investment in Stephano Slack, a premier accounting and advisory firm. Under the terms of the agreement, Madison Dearborn will partner with Stephano Slack, alongside co-investor Norlantic Capital, to support its investment in talent, innovation and opportunity generation.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate associates Lewis Fainer and Brian Huang and partner Adam Givertz, and includes, among others, tax partner Scott Sontag and counsel Daniel Bleiberg; executive compensation partner Rebecca Coccaro and counsel Jake Glazeski; intellectual property partner Meggin Bednarczyk; and litigation counsel Audrey Paquet.
