Paul, Weiss is advising AI cloud company Nebius on an agreement to license AI inference and compute orchestration technology from AI company Clarifai, and to hire Clarifai’s core engineering and research team, including Clarifai founder and CEO Matthew Zeiler. The agreement will further strengthen Nebius Token Factory as a full-stack inference platform following Nebius’s recently announced acquisition of Eigen AI, on which Paul, Weiss also advised. Financial details were not disclosed.
