Nebius to Acquire Eigen AI

Paul, Weiss is advising Amsterdam-based AI cloud company Nebius Group NV in its approximately $643 million acquisition of leading inference and model optimization company Eigen AI. Under the deal Nebius will acquire the California-based company with a combination of cash and Nebius shares. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to certain customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
