PRA Acquires One Smooth Stone

Paul, Weiss represented PRA, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of One Smooth Stone. PRA is a U.S.-based event management company, and One Smooth Stone is an event and communications agency. The transaction is PRA’s sixth add-on acquisition as a CI Capital Partners portfolio company.
