Skeena Resources Closes Public Equity Offering

Paul, Weiss advised the underwriters in Skeena Resources Limited’s public offering. Raymond James Ltd. led the syndicate of underwriters for the transaction. Skeena Resources is a Canadian mining exploration and development company focused on revitalizing the Eskay Creek gold-silver mine located in northwest British Columbia, Canada.
