Wanda Sports Group Completes IPO

Paul, Weiss represented Wanda Sports Group in a successful initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market of American Depositary Shares. Wanda Sports Group is a leading global sports events, media and marketing platform, with brands including Infront Sports & Media and IRONMAN. We represented Wanda Sports Group as issuer’s counsel in connection with its IPO and listing, a restructuring of its operations prior to the offering and a financing transaction.
