Andy Bouchard, Staci Yablon and Josh Zylbershlag to Participate in the New York City Bar Association's Securities Litigation & Enforcement Conference

Litigation partners Andy Bouchard and Staci Yablon, and Director of E-Discovery Josh Zylbershlag will take part in the New York City Bar Association’s 2026 Securities Litigation & Enforcement Conference. As co-chair of the conference, Staci worked with the NYCBA and partners from peer firms to plan for the entire day, which includes developing the agenda, speaker list and guest list for the event. Andy will moderate a panel, “Trends in Delaware Law,” and Josh will participate in a panel, “Electronic Discovery—Trends Including Use of Al in Discovery.”

The conference will take place on February 4 in New York. Andy's panel will start at 9:30 a.m. ET and Josh's panel will begin at 2 p.m. ET.
