National Security Practice Group Chair John Carlin will participate in the American Conference Institute’s 11th National Conference on CFIUS, the nation’s leading forum on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. John will speak on a panel, “Critical Infrastructure,” focusing on safeguarding the infrastructure aspects of the June 2024 Executive Order, including assessing the vulnerability of U.S. ports and energy infrastructure; and discussing how government is thinking about critical minerals, and how our critical material supply chain is impacted by national security implications, among other topics.
John’s panel will take place at 3:30 p.m. ET on April 24. Paul, Weiss is a sponsor of the conference, which will be held in Washington.
