The New York State Bar Association Antitrust Committee's report titled "When Blue Turns to Grey: Grand Jury Subpoenas for Foreign Documents Produced in Civil Litigation" recently appeared in the winter issue of the NY Litigator. The report examines a circuit split on whether a grand jury can subpoena documents that were brought into the United States pursuant to a protective order in civil litigation.
