Katherine Forrest to Speak on Corporate AI Challenges at Salzburg Forum

Litigation partner Katherine Forrest will participate in the 2023 annual Salzburg Global Corporate Governance Forum, “Promise or Peril? Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Corporate Governance.” The roundtable discussion will address the complex issues and challenges of AI in the board room; the changing nature of corporate directors’ fiduciary responsibilities with respect to AI and AI tools; and how to understand issues around digital assets, cybersecurity and the consequences of different regulatory guardrails with respect to AI and its evolution. The forum brings together corporate board members, academics and other experts to explore and address some of the greatest challenges facing the business sector in the coming decade.

The event will take place in Salzburg, Austria from October 4-6.
