Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Chair John Carlin, alongside other members of the Aspen Institute’s U.S. Cybersecurity Group, published a report, “Navigating Uncharted Waters: Generative AI Guidance for Organizations,” to address the growing use of generative AI in the business sector and accompanying concerns. The report covers the risks and limitations of generative AI, and offers guiding principles and best practices for using the technology. Digital Technology Group Co-Chair Katherine Forrest and litigation associate Cole Rabinowitz provided critical assistance in the preparation of the report.
