Litigation partner Lew Clayton's Intellectual Property Litigation column appeared in the July 13 issue of The National Law Journal. The article, "Controversial Film Tests Limits of Copyright Law," discusses the en banc opinion in Garcia v. Google, which reversed an injunction preventing distribution of a controversial anti-Muslim movie and rejected claims that an actor holds a copyright in her performance in a film.
