Katherine Forrest to Discuss the Legal and Ethical Implications of Emerging AI Technologies at Fordham University Symposium

Digital Technologies Group Co-Chair Katherine Forrest will deliver the keynote address at the Fordham University School of Law Symposium, “The New AI: The Legal and Ethical Implications of ChatGPT and Other Emerging Technologies,” presented by The Fordham Law Review and Fordham School of Law’s Neuroscience and Law Center. Katherine’s talk is entitled “Of Another Mind: Ethical Implications Relating to the Evolution of AI’s Cognitive Capabilities.”

The symposium will bring together experts in technology, robotics, neuroscience and the law to discuss the implications of new AI technology on the legal industry, as well as the regulatory and ethical concerns it presents.

The symposium will be held in New York City on November 3 at 9 a.m. ET and will offer CLE credit; Katherine’s remarks will commence at 4:30 pm ET.
