Litigation partners Christopher Boehning and Daniel Toal's Federal E-discovery column appeared in the August 4 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "Cost Shifting Warranted for Production of Inaccessible ESI," discusses a recent U.S. District Court case in which cost shifting was used to reduce the burdens of producing electronically stored information that was unusually expensive to access. E-discovery counsel Ross Gotler and litigation associate Kimberly Channick assisted in the preparation of this article.
