In their latest column on Federal E-Discovery, litigation partners Christopher Boehning and Daniel Toal discuss two recent federal district court decisions, including one from the Southern District of New York, that threaten sanctions on future discovery responses that fail to comply with recent amendments to Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
