Litigation partners Christopher Boehning and Daniel Toal authored an article that examines Rajala v. McGuire, in which a party profited from the existence of an order issued pursuant to FRE 502(d) that it had opposed at an earlier stage of the case. The article, "Federal Rule of Evidence 502: 'Rajala' Returns," appeared in the "Technology Today" section of the April 2 issue of the New York Law Journal. Damiën F. Berkhout, a visiting lawyer at the firm, assisted in the preparation of the article.
