January 14, 2009 Full PDF

Litigation partner Lew Clayton's Intellectual Property Litigation column appeared in the January 14 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses two recent U.S. Court of Appeals opinions that may make it more difficult for patent cases to be brought in the Eastern District of Texas, which has the largest number of patent filings of any District Court. The column also discusses other recent patent, trademark and copyright cases. Litigation associate Gillian Sinnott assisted in the preparation of this article.
