Paul, Weiss Obtains Substantial Child Support Arrears Award on Behalf of Low-Income Client

Paul, Weiss obtained a default judgment awarding our client over $12,000 in arrears for over a decade’s worth of unpaid child support. The award comes after Paul, Weiss previously obtained temporary modification orders increasing the child support owed to our client, a low-income single mother of two, from approximately $100 dollars a month to over $1,800 a month. We are now seeking to obtain a final support modification order.
The Paul, Weiss team includes litigation partner Audra Soloway, pro bono attorney Jeremy Benjamin and litigation associate Marcelo Triana.
