China Law and Practice has named Paul, Weiss "International TMT Firm of the Year," shortlisted the firm in its "International Private Equity Firm of the Year" category and acknowledged Carlyle Mandarin Hotel's acquisition of Mandarin Hotel Holdings as the "Deal of the Year."
