Paul, Weiss advised the underwriters, including BMO Capital Markets and J.P. Morgan as joint bookrunning managers, on Ivanhoe Electric Inc.’s $184 million follow-on public offering. Ivanhoe Electric is a U.S.-based minerals exploration and development company. The offering included 13,629,629 shares of common stock priced at $13.50 per share.
