Corporate partners Jeff Marell and Bob Schumer were featured in Variety’s 2021 Dealmakers Impact Report, which highlights the top financiers, attorneys, executives and entrepreneurs whose deals have changed the entertainment landscape.
Bob was recognized for his representation of media conglomerate Advance, a founder and major shareholder in Discovery, Inc., in Discovery’s announced $150 billion combination with AT&T Inc.’s WarnerMedia. Jeff was recognized for his work as lead counsel to MGM in its proposed $8.45 billion sale to Amazon.
