General Atlantic Acquires Majority Interest in SnapAV

Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic completed the acquisition of a majority interest in WirePath Home Systems, LLC (d/b/a SnapAV). The company, based in North Carolina, manufactures and sells audio/video products and accessories, serving the custom electronics and installation industry on a direct-to-dealer platform. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
