Atlas Neon Completes Tender Offer to Buy Out NGM Bio

Paul, Weiss advised The Column Group, LP (TCG) affiliate Atlas Neon Parent, Inc., in its cash tender offer to buy out NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing transformative therapeutics for patients. An Atlas Neon merger subsidiary merged with and into NGM Bio, and NGM Bio became a privately held, wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Neon Parent.
