Barteca Restaurant Group to Be Acquired by Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in Barteca Restaurant Group’s $325 million all-cash acquisition by Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. The transaction received unanimous board approval. It is expected to be completed by the end of second quarter, subject to antitrust clearance and other customary closing conditions. Barteca is majority owned by investment funds managed by General Atlantic and Rosser Capital Partners.
