KKR and DCP Co-Invest in Adopt A Cow

Paul, Weiss advised KKR and DCP Capital in their investment in Adopt A Cow, a technology-enabled, direct-to-consumer dairy company in China. KKR and DCP Capital co-led this financing round. Adopt A Cow disrupts the dairy sector with its well-established digital sales strategy.

We also recently advised DCP in its investment in Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd, a Chinese-listed waterproof materials developer and manufacturer, which closed in April 2021; KKR and DCP in their separate investments in XingSheng Preference, a Chinese food and grocery supply and delivery e-commerce company, in a financing round that closed in February 2021; KKR’s investment in Huohua Logic (a.k.a. Spark Education), a Chinese online education platform, the latest tranche of which closed in January 2021; and DCP’s investment in Hotwon Group, a Chinese data centers developer and operator, which closed in December 2020.
