Kelley Cornish to Assume American College of Bankruptcy Leadership Role; Brian Hermann to Be Inducted to ACB Fellowship

Restructuring partner Kelley Cornish is nominated to be Second Circuit Regent of the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy’s Board of Regents and will formally step into the role at the ACB’s 2022 induction ceremony and annual conference on April 1. Each Regent of a federal judicial circuit serves as chair of that circuit’s Admissions Council for a three-year term and leads the process to elect Fellows in the circuit to the College. Kelley is also a founding member of ACB’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Select Commission.

Additionally, restructuring partner Brian Hermann was elected an ACB Fellow late last year and will be formally inducted into the College’s 33rd fellowship class at the same ceremony. In addition to Kelley, restructuring partners Paul Basta and Alan Kornberg, and of counsel Steve Shimshak are all current ACB Fellows.

The ACB is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals in the United States and abroad. Fellows are invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service to the field and to their communities.
