Apollo to Acquire Covis Pharma

Paul, Weiss is advising funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management LLC in their acquisition and related debt financing of global specialty pharmaceutical company Covis Pharma B.V. from Cerberus Capital Management. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, pending regulatory clearances. Financial terms were not disclosed.
