Creative Planning to Acquire UK Wealth Management Firm MASECO

Paul, Weiss is advising Creative Planning, LLC, one of the largest registered investment advisors (RIAs) in the United States, on its acquisition of MASECO LLP, an established RIA based in London. MASECO was founded to help American families living abroad navigate the complexities of cross-border wealth management. Financial details were not disclosed.
