Epiphany Dermatology Acquires Sun City Dermatology

Paul, Weiss represented Epiphany Dermatology in its acquisition of El Paso, Texas-based Sun City Dermatology, P.A. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Austin, Texas-based Epiphany is a rapidly expanding dermatology company, with 31 locations in the Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arizona and Missouri.
