Paul, Weiss is advising Gemspring Capital, a private equity firm with deep expertise in specialty software and data-enabled services, in its financial backing of FORM’s merger with Trax. FORM is the maker of market execution software GoSpotCheck and FORM OpX, and Trax is the developer of Image Recognition, which delivers AI-powered shelf-level insights for brands and retailers. The deal creates a global solutions provider uniquely positioned to help brands and retailers deliver excellence. Gemspring’s investment will help facilitate the combined company’s accelerated product innovation and global expansion.
