Golden Gate Capital Invests in Brava Roof Tile

Paul, Weiss is advising San Francisco-based private equity firm Golden Gate Capital in its investment in Brava Roof Tile, the leading independent provider of composite roofing materials in the U.S. The investment will help Brava expand its production capacity in order to meet record demand for composite roofing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Jeremy Veit and associate Emily Hong, and included tax partner Robert Holo; executive compensation partner Lawrence Witdorchic and counsel Bruce Goldberger; intellectual property partner Jonathan Ashtor and counsel Matthew Rosenberg; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
