Hero Digital Acquires Bulldog Solutions

Paul, Weiss represented independent customer experience agency Hero Digital, a portfolio company of CI Capital, in its acquisition of Bulldog Solutions, Inc., a B2B marketing leader. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
