Hero Digital Acquires Clock Four

Paul, Weiss represented leading independent customer experience agency Hero Digital, a portfolio company of CI Capital, in its acquisition of Clock Four, Inc., a digital innovation agency. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
