KPS Acquires The Wells Companies

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners on its acquisition, through a newly formed affiliate, of The Wells Companies, Inc., a leading U.S. provider of above-grade precast concrete solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
