Nexus Capital Acquires Coldwater Creek and Soft Surroundings

Paul, Weiss advised Los Angeles-based alternative asset management firm Nexus Capital Management LP in its acquisition of CW Holdings, LLC, from Newtimes Group. CW Holdings is the parent company of two complementary women’s apparel and lifestyle brands. Through the deal, Nexus acquired the Coldwater Creek and Soft Surroundings brands and CW Holdings’ scaled direct-to-consumer platform.
