Paul, Weiss is advising QXO, Inc., a leading distributor of building products in North America, in its $17 billion acquisition of TopBuild Corp., the largest North American distributor and installer of insulation and related building products. The deal will significantly expand QXO’s scale and capabilities across the building products value chain, making it the second-largest publicly traded distributor of all building products in North America. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
