Litigation partners Loretta Lynch, Lorin Reisner and Susanna Buergel will participate in the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s 2026 Compliance & Legal Seminar, a premier gathering for compliance and legal leaders in financial services.

Loretta will moderate a session, “The State of Regulation: Insights from the SEC, CFTC, OCC & NASAA on Priorities and the Path Forward,” which will examine agencies’ regulatory priorities, and Lorin will moderate a roundtable discussion featuring general counsel and chief legal officers. Susanna will speak on a panel, “Civil Litigation Developments: Securities Class Actions & Other Significant Litigation Cases,” focused on topics including the impact of foreign law, legal developments in Delaware and Texas, Rule 303 trends and the SEC’s guidance on mandatory arbitration provisions.

The conference will take place in Orlando, Florida, March 22-25. Susanna and Lorin’s sessions will occur on March 23. Susanna's panel will take place at both 10:05 and 11:15 a.m. ET, and Lorin’s roundtable will begin at 11:15 a.m. ET. Loretta’s session will start on March 25 at 8:55 a.m. ET.
