Aidan Synnott, Bill Michael, Henrik Morch and Nicole Kar Co-Author Lexology In-Depth: Public Competition Enforcement Chapters

Litigation partners Aidan Synnott and Bill Michael, and antitrust partners Henrik Morch and Nicole Kar, co-authored the “USA” and “European Union” chapters, respectively, of the 2026 edition of Lexology In-Depth: Public Competition Enforcement. The chapters discuss significant cases, recent developments and the outlook for enforcement of antitrust laws, including significant cartel cases, recent merger review judgments and monopolization cases in each jurisdiction. Aidan also edited the publication and wrote the preface. Practice management attorney Mark Laramie assisted in the preparation of the USA chapter, and antitrust associate Pablo Torres and trainee Victor de Peslin Lachert assisted in the preparation of the European Union chapter.
