Paul, Weiss to Host Webinar on FTC Rule Banning Non-Compete Agreements

Paul, Weiss will host a webinar, “FTC Issues Final Rule Banning Employer-Worker Non-Competes: What You Need to Know,” featuring partners Jean McLoughlin and Brette Tannenbaum and counsel Pietro Signoracci, and moderated by partner Scott Sher. The panel will discuss the Federal Trade Commission’s recently issued final rule banning new and existing employer-worker non-compete agreements, the rule’s potential consequences and the legal challenges that could delay or prevent the rule from taking effect.

The webinar will take place on April 30 at 3:30 p.m. ET.
