Paul, Weiss advised Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd in the secondary offering of 7,850,000 common shares of Osisko Gold, representing gross proceeds to the selling shareholder of approximately Cdn$111 million. CIBC World Markets Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. acted as lead underwriters for the transaction. Osisko Gold is an intermediate precious metal royalty company with a portfolio of more than 135 royalties, streams and precious metal offtakes.
