Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and TD Securities Inc., in an offering by CAE Inc. of 11,569,000 common shares at C$29.85 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$345,334,650. CAE is a high technology company at the leading edge of simulation and modelling technologies, providing solutions to make the world a safer place, including training and operational support solutions in civil aviation, defense and security, and healthcare.
