CPI Card Group Closes IPO

CPI Card Group Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive financial payment card solutions in North America, closed its initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares of common stock at an initial offering price of $10 per share, for gross proceeds of $172.5 million. The shares of common stock are listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "PMTS" and on the TSX under the ticker symbol "PNT."
Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters on the offering, led by BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co. and CIBC World Markets as representatives of the several underwriters.
