FirstService Corporation, the largest provider of residential property management services in North America, completed a registered public offering of 2,165,000 common shares at $92.50 per share for proceeds of approximately $200 million. Paul, Weiss represented the lead underwriters, BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
