On October 29, Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a leading middle-market private equity firm, held the final closing of Wellspring Capital Partners V, L.P. with $1.2 billion of capital commitments. Wellspring successfully closed the largest fund in its 16-year history with a diverse group of premier investors.
