Paul, Weiss represented funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in their investment, alongside Silver Lake Partners, in Expedia Group, an online travel shopping company for consumer and small business travel. The transactions included a $1.2 billion private placement of perpetual preferred stock, with Apollo and Silver Lake each purchasing half, and $2.75 million in a new bond offering in which Apollo and Silver Lake participated.
